Orders & delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch from the UK within 1–2 working days, and most orders arrive 2–4 working days after that. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account. More help on our Track order page.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can change or cancel it. Once it's on its way, you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Choosing a case
How do I find the right case for my phone?
Use Find your case on our homepage: pick your brand and model and we'll show every case that fits. On a product page, always select your exact model before adding to basket.
How do I check which phone model I have?
On an iPhone, go to Settings > General > About and look at Model Name. On a Samsung Galaxy or Google Pixel, go to Settings > About phone.
Do your cases work with MagSafe?
Cases described as MagSafe-compatible have built-in magnets, so they work with MagSafe chargers, wallets and mounts. You can also charge wirelessly through them.
Returns & guarantee
Can I return my case?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you'd like to return an item. See our Refund Policy.
What if my case is faulty?
Our 15-Day Guarantee gets you a free replacement for any manufacturing fault within 15 days of delivery. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 also apply.
Payment
How can I pay?
We accept major debit and credit cards, plus the express payment options shown at checkout (such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal where available). All payments are processed securely.
