Every Gadgetial case is covered by our 15-Day Guarantee: if it's faulty, we'll replace it free of charge.
What's covered
If your case develops a manufacturing fault within 15 days of delivery, we'll send you a free replacement. That includes things like a cracked or split frame, magnets that don't hold, buttons that don't press properly, or a kickstand or camera cover that breaks during normal use.
What isn't covered
- Normal wear and tear, such as scratches and scuffs from everyday use
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse or modifications
- Damage to your phone (the guarantee covers the case itself)
How to claim
- Email gadgetial@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number.
- Include a photo showing the fault.
- We'll confirm your claim and send a replacement with free UK delivery. If we can't replace it with the same item, we'll offer you a similar case or a full refund.
Your statutory rights
This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which it doesn't affect. For example, you can reject faulty goods for a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
