Track order
Every Gadgetial order is dispatched from the UK within 1–2 working days. As soon as your parcel leaves us, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link.
How to track your parcel
- Check your shipping confirmation email. Open the email we sent when your order was dispatched and use the tracking link inside it.
- Sign in to your account. If you ordered with your email address, sign in here to see your order status and tracking details.
- Still can't find it? Email gadgetial@gmail.com with your order number (it starts with #) and we'll send you the latest update.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Tracking hasn't updated?
It can take up to 24 hours for the first tracking scan to appear after dispatch. If your parcel hasn't moved for 3 working days, or it says delivered but you can't find it, please contact us at gadgetial@gmail.com and we'll sort it out.
