Shipping Policy

Free UK delivery

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum spend.

Dispatch times

We dispatch orders from the UK within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 2–4 working days, so please allow 3–6 working days from ordering to delivery. These are estimates: deliveries can occasionally take longer at busy times or because of carrier delays, and some remote areas (for example the Scottish Highlands and Islands) may take a little longer.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Need help? See Track order.

Wrong address?

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email gadgetial@gmail.com straight away. We can update the address as long as your order hasn't been dispatched yet.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, contact us at gadgetial@gmail.com with your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or a full refund.
